Dependable delivery dates
We hold ourselves to delivering on the agreed date, order after order. If anything arises that could affect that date, we notify you in advance with a new date we can confirm, so your team has time to adjust. When an urgent order needs to be accommodated, we reschedule short-term production as far as actual capacity allows and tell you upfront how much we can take on.
Accountable, responsive service
Our team responds to every inquiry promptly, because we know you are waiting on information to make decisions. If a problem arises during production or at your site, a member of our team takes responsibility and follows it through, with sales, technical and production teams working together. Where a job has limitations, we say so clearly and propose the closest workable alternative. With management working on the production floor every day, decisions are made quickly.
Expertise in complex packaging structures
Our design work starts with the box structure. The Technical Service team defines everything from the folding method and the position of creases and slots to the points that need reinforcement. The goal is a box that is easy to assemble, protects the product effectively and reduces total packaging cost through design. Where the specification is not yet defined or the product has an unusual shape, we also help determine the grade, grammage and flute from the outset.
Certifications that support your ESG reporting
Auto Boxes operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system, holds Good Governance Standards and Green Industry certification, and is FSC Chain of Custody certified for the paper used in production. We are therefore equipped for orders that require material traceability, and can help you design paper structures to replace other materials, so your sustainability policy is supported in practice.

Sustainability built into your packaging
Auto Boxes supports your sustainability targets through the packaging itself: documenting where the paper comes from, designing paper structures to replace other materials, and providing plant certifications you can present to your customers and in supplier audits.
Traceable paper
Auto Boxes holds FSC Chain of Custody certification. If you report material origin to a brand owner or downstream customer, request that the production run be made as an FSC order at the quotation stage.
Paper in place of foam and plastic
Our Technical Service team designs partitions, trays and cushioning structures in corrugated board that protect the product as effectively as the current material, helping you reduce the share of hard-to-recycle material in your packaging toward your company target. Corrugated board is recycled through the standard paper recycling stream.
