On-Time, Flexible Delivery
Delivering on the agreed date, order after order, is the standard we hold ourselves to. If something arises that could move that date, we tell you in advance and give you a new date we can confirm, so your team has time to adjust on the floor. And when an urgent order has to be slotted in, we have enough flexibility to reschedule short-term production as far as real capacity allows, and we tell you upfront how much we can take on.

Our team works to answer every enquiry quickly, because we know you are waiting on information to make a decision. If a problem comes up during production or on your own floor, someone takes responsibility and follows it through, with sales, technical and production all pulling in the same direction. Complex Structures, Made Practical
Our design work starts with the structure of the box. The Technical Service team works through everything from the folding method and the position of creases and slots to the points that need extra reinforcement. The goal is a box that is easy to assemble, genuinely protects the product, and brings the total packaging cost down through design. Where the spec is not settled, or the product has an unusual shape, we help determine the grade, grammage and flute from the outset.

Sustainability That Reaches Your Packaging

Paper you can trace
Auto Boxes holds FSC Chain of Custody certification. If you report material origin to a brand owner or a downstream customer, ask for that production run to be made as an FSC order at the quotation stage.
Paper instead of foam and plastic
Our Technical Service team designs partitions, trays and cushioning structures in corrugated board that protect the product just as the current material does, so you can cut the share of hard-to-recycle material in your packaging toward the target your company has set. Corrugated board enters the normal paper recycling stream.
