Our team recommends the ply, flute type, paper grade and grammage for the job, based on the product, weight per box, shipping conditions and stacking in storage. For jobs stacked many layers high, we also calculate vertical compression resistance. If the spec you ask for is higher than the job needs, we will offer a more economical spec for comparison.
If you already use a box but have no drawing or do not know its spec, ask our sales team to collect a sample from your site. Our team analyzes its structure and paper grade in our laboratory, then quotes on the spec we find. This suits jobs where you want to change supplier and keep the same spec. Collection timing depends on where our sales team is traveling at the time.

The box structure starts from the actual product size and how the product goes into the box. Our team uses both to set the box shape, fold lines and allowance on each side, and produces a die-line ready for making the cutting die. This covers the box itself, dividers, inserts and targeted cushioning parts. You receive the drawing to review before deciding to order.
Once the structure is finalized, our team cuts a sample box from that design free of charge. You can test-pack your product and check its strength under real conditions. It takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the design complexity and the sample room queue. This is the cheapest point to fix problems: adjusting a dimension on the drawing takes a few hours, while a fix after the cutting die is made means ordering a new one.
If you already have production-ready vector files, send them over and our team will place them on the die-line and prepare files for the printing plates free of charge. New artwork design is a paid service in three stages, from setting the direction and creating artwork on the box design to preparing the files for the printing plates. The fee depends on the printing process and level of detail, is stated on the quotation, and can be credited against your first production order.
Rush orders take 3 to 7 business days, depending on the readiness of printing plates and cutting dies and on the material purchasing cycle. Repeat orders with tooling already on file are fastest, while jobs that need new tooling take longer. Production confirms feasibility against the machine schedule before we accept every rush order.
Our factory holds FSC Chain of Custody certification. B2B customers who want the FSC label on their box print can request it. The supported paper grades, certificate conditions and paper cost must be confirmed with our sales team before production.
We deliver nationwide. With our factory in Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao, we coordinate easily with factories in EEC industrial estates. Freight is estimated by destination and quantity and stated on the quotation.
When the rules require your dangerous goods to ship in UN-certified packaging, our team coordinates the testing and UN marking for your box design. The mark is issued for each box design. To start, send us the UN number of your product and a sample of the inner packaging you actually use. Cost and timing are assessed case by case.
For assembled and protective packaging with inner parts, such as partitions, cushioning inserts, pads and liners, the factory can assemble the box and all its parts before delivery. You can pack your product straight away without extra labor on your line, and with fewer mistakes than assembling many parts yourself. This suits electronics, automotive parts and high-value products. The fee depends on the design, number of parts and quantity per order, and is stated on the quotation. Let us know at the quotation stage so our team can design the parts for assembly at the factory.
Printing plates and cutting dies are a one-time cost when the design is finalized. Repeat orders of the same design carry no further tooling charge. The factory stores your tooling for as long as orders continue. Tooling with no repeat order for 1 year is removed from storage under our ISO 9001 space management procedure.
If a printing plate or cutting die is worn or damaged by our own machines, the factory repairs or replaces it free of charge for as long as we continue producing for you.
