Our team recommends the ply, flute, paper grade and grammage based on the product, shipping conditions and stacking in storage, with weight per box as one of the variables. For high stacking, we also calculate vertical compression resistance. If the specification you request exceeds what the application needs, we will propose a more economical alternative for comparison.
If you use a box but have no drawing or known specification, our sales team can collect a sample from your site. Our team analyzes its structure and paper grade in our laboratory and quotes on the resulting specification. This suits customers who want to change supplier while keeping the same specification. Collection timing depends on our sales team schedule.

The box structure is based on the actual product dimensions and how the product is packed. Our team uses both to define the box shape, fold lines and clearances, and prepares a die-line ready for cutting die production. This covers the box, dividers, inserts and targeted cushioning components. You receive the drawing for review before deciding to order.
Once the structure is finalized, our team produces a sample box from the design free of charge, so you can test-pack your product and check its strength under actual conditions. This takes 3–7 business days, depending on design complexity and the sample room schedule. It is the most cost-effective stage to make changes: adjusting a dimension on the drawing takes a few hours, while a change after the cutting die is made requires a new die.
If you have production-ready vector files, our team will place them on the die-line and prepare files for the printing plates free of charge. New artwork design is a paid service in three stages: setting the direction, creating artwork on the box design and preparing files for the printing plates. The fee depends on the printing process and level of detail, is stated on the quotation, and can be credited against your first production order.
Urgent orders take 3–7 business days, depending on the availability of printing plates and cutting dies and on the material purchasing cycle. Repeat orders with existing tooling are fastest, while orders that require new tooling take longer. Production confirms feasibility against the machine schedule before we accept any urgent order.
Our plant holds FSC Chain of Custody certification. B2B customers can request the FSC label on their box print. Supported paper grades, certificate conditions and paper cost must be confirmed with our sales team before production.
We deliver nationwide. From our plant in Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao, deliveries to industrial estates in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) are easy to coordinate. Freight is calculated by destination and quantity and stated on the quotation.
When regulations require your dangerous goods to ship in UN-certified packaging, our team coordinates testing and UN marking for your box design. The mark is issued per box design. To begin, send us the UN number of your product and a sample of the inner packaging you use. Cost and timing are assessed case by case.
For assembled and protective packaging with inner components such as partitions, cushioning inserts, pads and liners, we can assemble the box and all components before delivery. You can pack your product immediately, without additional labor on your line and with fewer assembly errors. This suits electronics, automotive parts and high-value products. The fee depends on the design, number of components and quantity per order and is stated on the quotation. Please let us know at the quotation stage so our team can design the components for factory assembly.
Printing plates and cutting dies are a one-time cost when the design is finalized, with no further tooling charge on repeat orders of the same design. We store your tooling for as long as orders continue. Tooling with no repeat order for 1 year is removed from storage under our ISO 9001 space management procedure.
If a printing plate or cutting die is worn or damaged by our machines, we will repair or replace it free of charge for as long as we continue producing for you.
