Minimum quantities are based on one-side Flexo printing. Two-side printing, offset and digital jobs have different conditions. Lead time starts once the design is confirmed and payment is made according to the terms. Repeat orders with existing tooling take 7 to 10 business days and can be rushed to as little as 3 business days when machine time and materials are available. All figures are estimates, confirmed with our sales team for each job.

Boxes run out without warning, a supplier misses a delivery, or a new order has to ship sooner than planned. Auto Boxes can take these on as rush orders, with lead time counted from design approval and deposit payment.

Four steps from your brief to your door
Step 1: Share your requirements
Tell us what the box will hold, how it will be shipped and stored, its size and weight per box, and the quantity per order. We accept details through LINE OA, the online form, or email. Photos of the product or your current box help us assess faster.
Step 2: Receive the spec and quotation
Our team works out the box spec, recommends a cost-effective grade and flute for your job, and sends a quotation within 3 to 5 business days of receiving complete requirements.
Step 3: Approve the artwork and sample
Confirm the design and check a sample box before full production, so you know the box fits the product and the print matches what you expect.
Step 4: Production and delivery
Production starts once the artwork is confirmed and the deposit is paid. New jobs take 10 to 14 business days, repeat orders with existing tooling take 7 to 10 business days, and complex structures that need a sample first take 14 to 21 business days. We deliver to your facility with complete documentation.

FAQ: Custom Corrugated Boxes
A custom corrugated box is made to the size, spec and style you specify, while stock boxes come in fixed sizes. A custom box fits your actual product, which cuts excess material and shipping cost, and it can carry your logo and brand graphics.
It depends on the box type. Unprinted slotted boxes (RSC) start at 300 pieces and Flexo-printed ones at 500 pieces. Die-cut boxes start at around 500 pieces depending on the cutting die, and offset-printed boxes start at around 2,000 pieces. Flexo figures are based on one-side printing and can vary with box size and spec. Offset and digital figures are estimates that our sales team assesses case by case. New jobs that need new tooling take 10 to 14 business days after artwork confirmation and deposit payment. Repeat orders with existing tooling take 7 to 10 business days. Rush orders can be done in 3 to 7 business days in some cases, depending on tooling readiness, quantity, complexity and the production schedule at the time. Complex structures that need a sample first take 14 to 21 business days. Include your required delivery date with the spec so our team can confirm before accepting the job.
Yes. Our main process is Flexo, printing directly on the box in up to 4 colors, which suits high-volume jobs built around logos and text. Full-image graphics can be produced with offset printing in up to 6 colors, CMYK plus spot colors, with a minimum of around 2,000 pieces and a lead time of around 20 to 30 business days. Short runs with frequent design changes can go digital, which needs no printing plates. Offset figures are estimates that our sales team assesses for each job.
It depends on the product and the conditions the box will face along the way. KH has the highest strength and moisture resistance and suits cold chain. KA and KI offer the same strength. KA handles moisture better and is easy to source, which makes it a good fit for export and high stacking, while KI prints better and suits eco-focused FMCG. KK is the most economical grade for general domestic use, and WS has a white surface for high-quality print. Our team can recommend a cost-effective grade for your spec.

The process starts with your brief, moves through structural design and BCT calculation, and ends with a real sample box for you to test with your product before production. Yes. Our factory holds FSC Chain of Custody certification. If you need FSC paper, include it in your spec when you order. Our team checks the available grades and states the FSC claim on your order documents.
