Auto Boxes produces corrugated paper pallets and shipping boxes for industrial equipment, for logistics and export. Paper pallets are about 80% lighter than wooden pallets, carry about 1 to 2 tons per pallet, and fall outside the wood packaging that must be fumigated under ISPM-15.
Two Product Groups for Shipping and Export
Paper pallets are made to the size you specify, and boxes are made to the size of the product they carry, from 3-ply up to 5-ply BC flute depending on how they are shipped and stacked at the destination.
Corrugated Paper Pallets
Corrugated paper pallets are made to the size you specify and carry about 1 to 2 tons per pallet, replacing wooden pallets for both sea and air freight. The actual load for each job depends on the product on the pallet, how it is arranged, and how the pallet is lifted and moved. Our specialists assess this before every quotation.

Shipping Boxes for Industrial Equipment and Parts
Boxes in this group are made to the size of the equipment or parts they carry. The most common structure is 5-ply BC flute, 7 mm thick, which offers the highest vertical compression and impact resistance among the flutes the factory produces. Jobs that need less thickness but still have to stack use 3-ply C flute, 4 mm thick.
Large Shipping Cases (Corrugated Crates)
Large 5-ply boxes for equipment and parts packed in large quantities, made to your specified size and delivered flat. For boxes taller than 800 mm, our production team checks feasibility before quoting.
Multi-Piece Boxes and Large Components for Export
Jobs that are wider than the machine width when laid flat are produced as multi-piece boxes, which add joints and an assembly charge compared with a one-piece box. Minimum order is 100 sets.
Export Boxes with Test Criteria Set by the Destination
For jobs where the end customer specifies test criteria with the order, the Technical Service team builds those criteria into the structural design from the start, then makes a real sample box for inspection before production. For dangerous goods that must ship in UN-certified packaging, our team coordinates the testing and UN marking for your box design.
Boxes in this group can be joined in two ways. Gluing is standard, while stitching is used for heavy-duty jobs and sea export. Both are delivered flat.
Choosing a Spec by Shipping Route
Grade and flute selection starts with the product, how it is shipped, and how it is stored and stacked at the destination, with weight per box as one of the variables in the calculation. What Makes Sea and Air Specs Different
Sea Freight
Goods stay in a container for several weeks and carry stacking pressure throughout the voyage, so the spec focuses on three things.
- 5-ply BC flute, 7 mm thick, with the highest vertical compression resistance among the flutes the factory produces.
- KH grade has a moisture-resistant additive in the pulp and is used for jobs with constant moisture, while KA is used where moisture is moderate.

Air Freight
Air freight is charged by dimensional weight, calculated from the package size, so the spec focuses on three things.
- BE flute at 4 mm or B flute at 3 mm keeps the external size of the box smaller than BC at 7 mm.
- KK or KA grade at 125 to 150 grammage, the lightest range the factory produces in these two grades.

Destination Requirements That Affect Packaging
ISPM-15
ISPM-15 is the international standard that requires wood packaging used in international trade to be treated against pests and marked with a stamp. Paper pallets are not wood packaging, so they do not need this step.
EU PPWR
PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation), Regulation (EU) 2025/40, has applied since 12 August 2026, with further requirements phased in over time. Its design-for-recycling criteria become mandatory from 1 January 2030. Corrugated board is a fiber-based material that goes through normal paper recycling, in line with the direction the regulation sets. Assessing conformity for each product is a step the exporter carries out together with the importer.

The factory holds FSC Chain of Custody certification. If you need FSC paper, include it with your spec. Our team checks the available grades and certificate conditions before confirming the order.
