Transport packaging: corrugated paper pallets and industrial shipping boxes
Auto Boxes manufactures corrugated paper pallets and shipping boxes for industrial equipment, for domestic logistics and export. Our paper pallets are approximately 80% lighter than wooden pallets, carry about 1–2 tonnes each, and are not classified as wood packaging subject to ISPM-15 fumigation.
Two product lines for shipping and export
Paper pallets are made to your specified size, and boxes are made to fit the product they carry, from 3-ply up to 5-ply BC flute depending on the shipping method and stacking at the destination.
Corrugated paper pallets
Our corrugated paper pallets are made to your specified size and carry about 1–2 tonnes each, replacing wooden pallets for sea and air freight. The actual load capacity depends on the product, how it is arranged on the pallet and how the pallet is lifted and moved, and our specialists assess this before every quotation.

Shipping boxes for industrial equipment and parts
Boxes in this range are made to the size of the equipment or parts they carry. The most common structure is 5-ply BC flute, 7 mm thick, which provides the highest vertical compression and impact resistance among the flutes we produce. Applications that require less thickness but must still be stacked use 3-ply C flute, 4 mm thick.
Large shipping cases (corrugated crates)
Large 5-ply boxes for equipment and parts packed in high quantities, made to your specified size and delivered flat. For boxes taller than 800 mm, our production team confirms feasibility before quoting.
Multi-piece boxes and large export components
Boxes that exceed the machine width when laid flat are produced as multi-piece boxes, with additional joints and an assembly charge compared with a one-piece box. The minimum order is 100 sets.
Export boxes with destination test criteria
When your customer specifies test criteria with the order, the Technical Service team incorporates them into the structural design from the outset, then produces a sample box for inspection before production. For dangerous goods that must ship in UN-certified packaging, our team coordinates testing and UN marking for your box design.
Boxes in this range can be joined in two ways: gluing as standard, or stitching for heavy-duty applications and sea export. Both are delivered flat.
Selecting a specification by shipping route
Grade and flute selection starts with the product, the shipping method and how the goods are stored and stacked at the destination, with weight per box as one of the variables in the calculation. How sea and air freight specifications differ
Sea freight
Goods remain in a container for several weeks under stacking pressure throughout the voyage, so the specification focuses on three points.
- 5-ply BC flute, 7 mm thick, with the highest vertical compression resistance among the flutes we produce.
- KH grade contains a moisture-resistant additive and is used where moisture is constant, while KA is used where moisture is moderate.

Air freight
Air freight is charged by dimensional weight based on package size, so the specification focuses on three points.
- BE flute (4 mm) or B flute (3 mm) keeps external dimensions smaller than BC flute (7 mm).
- KK or KA grade at 125–150 gsm, the lightest range we produce in these two grades.

Destination requirements that affect packaging
ISPM-15
ISPM-15 is the international standard requiring wood packaging in international trade to be treated against pests and stamped. Paper pallets are not wood packaging, so this treatment is not required.
EU PPWR
The Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), Regulation (EU) 2025/40, has applied since 12 August 2026, with further requirements phased in over time. Its design-for-recycling criteria become mandatory from 1 January 2030. Corrugated board is a fiber-based material recycled through standard paper recycling, in line with the direction of the regulation. Conformity assessment for each product is carried out by the exporter together with the importer.
FSC paper
Our plant holds FSC Chain of Custody certification. If you require FSC paper, include it in your specification, and our team will confirm the available grades and certificate conditions before accepting the order.

Minimum orders for this range: 300 unprinted slotted boxes (RSC), 500 Flexo-printed boxes, and 100 sets for multi-piece boxes and large export components.
Nationwide delivery. Freight is calculated by destination and quantity and stated on the quotation, or orders can be collected from our Bang Pakong plant.
