    How long does a quotation take?

    Our sales team will contact you within 1–3 business days to confirm the details, and the quotation is sent within 3–5 business days of receiving complete information.

    Is structural design free?

    Specification advice and structural design, including the die-line, are free of charge. Print artwork design is quoted separately.

    Can I receive a sample before ordering?

    Yes. Once the structural design is confirmed, we produce a sample box so you can test it with your product before production.
