    Do I need to know the spec before requesting a quotation?

    No. Tell us what product you need to pack and roughly how many pieces. Our team works out the ply, flute and paper grade and designs the structure for you.

    How long does a quotation take?

    Our sales team contacts you within 1 to 3 business days to confirm details, and the quotation is sent within 3 to 5 business days after the information is complete.

    Is structural design free?

    Spec recommendation and structural design including the die-line are provided at no charge. Print artwork design is quoted separately.

    Can I get a sample before ordering?

    Yes. Once the structural design is confirmed, a real sample box is made so you can test it with the real product before production.
