Auto Boxes is a B2B manufacturer of corrugated boxes and sheets based in Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao. We manufacture custom corrugated boxes for industrial customers ordering in volume, from standard slotted boxes (RSC) to die-cut boxes, shelf-ready packaging (SRP) and complex structures designed for each product. We also supply corrugated sheets to box manufacturers for conversion and to industrial plants for transport and production-line use, together with transport packaging such as paper pallets and export boxes. The grade, flute and thickness are selected to suit each product and application.
Under the Groove and Ta-lon brands, we also offer ready-made packaging held in stock for small businesses, online sellers and sole traders, available in small quantities without the minimums of custom B2B production.
Our plant operates under ISO 9001 and holds FSC Chain of Custody certification.

Free structural design and die-line
A box designed around the actual size of your product, delivered as a drawing ready for cutting die production.
Free sample box
A sample box cut from the actual design, so you can test-pack your product and check its strength. Ready in 3–7 business days.
Printing plate and cutting die care
Repeat orders of the same design carry no tooling charge, and tooling damaged by our machines is repaired or replaced free of charge.

Paper grades
6 grades
Liner grades KA, KH, KI, WS and KK, plus CA as the fluting medium. The outer and inner liners can be different grades.
Grammage range
105–250 gsm
Grammages outside this range depend on raw material availability for each production run.
Flutes and plies
E · B · C · BE · BC
Boxes are made from 3-ply and 5-ply board. 2-ply sheets are used only for wrapping and cushioning and cannot be formed into boxes.
Printing processes
Up to 6 colors
Flexo printing in up to 4 colors directly on the box. Offset printing in up to 6 colors through a partner press, with minimums and lead times quoted case by case. Digital printing in 4 colors from a single piece.
Minimum order
From 300 pieces
Unprinted slotted boxes start at 300 pieces, and printed and die-cut boxes at 500. 3-ply and 5-ply sheets start at 300 meters.
Lead time, new orders
10–14 business days
Counted from artwork approval and deposit payment. Repeat orders with existing tooling take 7–10 business days, and urgent orders 3–7 business days, subject to tooling, production capacity and material availability.

How ordering works
Our process from brief to delivery is designed so that purchasing and operations teams do not need to follow up repeatedly. A designated team is responsible for each step.
1. Consultation
Our specialists review your requirements, assess suitable structures and recommend the most appropriate box specification.
2. Design and sample box
Free die-line design, with a sample box for you to test with your product before production.
3. Approval and production
Once you approve the sample, production begins under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system, with FSC-certified material available for orders that require it.
4. Delivery and support
We deliver on the agreed date and continue to support you as a long-term partner.

Since 2003, the Auto Boxes team has helped manufacturers and B2B businesses assess specifications, select paper grades and design packaging structures that suit the actual product before production.
Production operates under ISO 9001 at every stage, and our plant holds FSC Chain of Custody certification, so orders requiring an FSC claim can be supplied for customers with ESG or green procurement requirements. Our plant is in Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao. We deliver nationwide and coordinate on site with manufacturers in the EEC.
