Auto Boxes is a B2B manufacturer of corrugated boxes and sheets based in Bangpakong, Chachoengsao. We make custom corrugated boxes for high-volume industrial buyers, from standard regular slotted cartons to die-cut boxes, Shelf Ready Packaging (SRP), and complex structures engineered for each product. We also supply corrugated sheets to box manufacturers for further conversion or for transport and production-line use across industrial plants, along with transport packaging such as paper pallets and export cartons. Grade, flute, and thickness can be selected to suit each product and application.
Under the Groove and Ta-lon brands, we also offer ready-made packaging kept in stock for small businesses, online sellers, and one-person businesses, available at retail or in small quantities without the high minimums of custom B2B production.
Our factory is ISO 9001 certified and holds FSC Chain of Custody certification.

Free structural design and die-line
A box designed around your actual product size, delivered as a drawing ready for making the cutting die.
Free sample box
A sample cut from the actual design so you can test-pack your product and check its strength, ready in 3 to 7 business days.
Printing plate and cutting die care
Repeat orders of the same design carry no tooling charge, and tooling damaged by our machines is covered.

Paper grades
6 grades
Liner grades KA, KH, KI, WS, KK plus corrugating medium CA. Outer and inner liners can differ.
Grammage range
105 to 250 GSM
Outside this range, raw material availability is checked per production run.
Flutes and plies
E · B · C · BE · BC
Boxes use 3-ply and 5-ply board. Two-ply sheets are for wrapping and cushioning only and cannot be formed into boxes.
Printing systems
Up to 6 colours
Flexo 4 colours printed directly on the box. Offset 6 colours through a partner press, with minimums and lead time quoted case by case. Digital 4 colours from a single unit.
Minimum order
From 300 units
Unprinted slotted boxes start at 300 units, printed and die-cut jobs at 500. Single-wall and double-wall sheets start at 300 metres.
Lead time, new job
10 to 14 working days
Counted from design approval and deposit payment. Repeat orders with existing tooling take 7 to 10 working days, rush jobs 3 to 7, subject to tooling, production capacity and material availability.
