Auto Boxes was founded in 2003 in Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao, with the intention of contributing to the success of Thai businesses. Our purpose has remained the same since: to help our customers grow through good packaging and sincere service. Our production process

Auto Boxes runs the entire process in one plant, from paper rolls entering the corrugator to packaging ready for delivery. The process has two streams: the first ends with corrugated sheets supplied as a finished product, and the second continues into box production.

Receiving paper rolls

Paper rolls arrive in the grade and grammage specified for each order, and every roll is inspected before production. The grades we run regularly are KA, KI, KH, WS and KK, with CA as the fluting medium.

Corrugating

The corrugator forms the flutes and laminates the paper layers into 2-ply, 3-ply or 5-ply board as required. Flute profiles range from B, C and E to the double-wall combinations BC and BE.

Corrugated sheets

Sheets are cut to the size ordered, then follow one of two paths depending on the order type.

Sheets ready for delivery

Orders for corrugated sheets are completed at this stage and delivered as a finished product, without entering box production.

Printing

Flexo printing in up to 4 colors suits high-volume orders with logos and text. Digital printing in 4-color CMYK requires no printing plates, making it suitable for shorter runs or frequently changing artwork. Every printed order requires customer approval of the Print Master before production.

Cutting, slotting and creasing

Regular slotted and overlap boxes pass through the slotter for slots and crease lines. Boxes with specific shapes, such as die-cut boxes and shelf-ready packaging, are produced on the die-cutter with a cutting die made for that design.

Forming and joining

Cut sheets are separated, and the manufacturer joint is glued or stitched depending on the box structure. Orders that include partitions or pads are assembled into sets at this stage.

Quality check and packing

Our QC team inspects samples for dimensions, crease lines and print against the approved Print Master. Approved batches are strapped or stretch-wrapped into units, in line with our ISO 9001 quality system.

Ready for delivery

Approved goods are held in the warehouse until the scheduled delivery. New orders take 10–14 business days after artwork approval and deposit payment, and repeat orders with unchanged artwork take 7–10 business days. Customers can choose delivery or collection from our Bang Pakong plant.
