There are 6 steps, from your first enquiry to delivery.

1. Send us the job details Box type, size, quantity per run, what goes inside, printing, and delivery address. We call back to confirm the details within 1 to 3 working days.
2. Quotation We propose the right specification and send a quotation within 3 to 5 working days of receiving complete information.
3. Design and sample box For jobs that need a new structure, we prepare the die-line and a physical sample so you can test-pack before ordering, at no charge.
4. Order confirmation You confirm the quotation, pay the deposit, and approve the Print Master (the drawing that fixes the die-line, print positions and every specification) before the job enters production. We confirm your delivery date within 24 hours of receiving the order.
5. Production New jobs that need a printing block or die-cut plate take 10 to 14 working days. Repeat orders with tooling already on file take 7 to 10 working days, counted from Print Master approval and payment.
6. Delivery and inspection We deliver on the confirmed date and you inspect the goods on receipt.

These 8 details let us quote in a single round. If you do not have all of them yet, send what you have and we will help define the rest.

1. Box type For example slotted (RSC), overlap, telescope, die-cut, pads or dividers. If you are not sure, send a photo or a sample box.
2. Box size Width x length x height, stating whether the dimensions are internal or external. If the box size is not decided yet, give us the product size and we will calculate the box.
3. Quantity per run and your monthly ordering plan, if you have one.
4. Product, transport and storage What the product is, domestic or export shipment, and how many layers will be stacked. We use this to choose the number of plies, flute, grade and grammage.
5. Paper grade and grammage if known, or send us the box you currently use for analysis.
6. Printing Unprinted or printed, number of colours, number of sides, and whether you have an .AI or .PDF file.
7. Company details Company name and the email address for the quotation.
8. Delivery location so we can estimate freight.

New jobs that need a printing block or die-cut plate take 10 to 14 working days. Repeat orders with tooling already on file take 7 to 10 working days, counted from the day you approve the Print Master and pay the deposit. Rush orders can be completed in 3 to 7 working days, subject to confirmation by our production team before we accept the job. Complex structures that need design and sampling take 14 to 21 working days.

The minimum depends on the type of job.

• Unprinted slotted boxes: 300 pieces
• Flexo-printed slotted boxes and custom die-cut boxes: 500 pieces
• Large export packaging assemblies and components: 100 sets
• Single-wall and double-wall corrugated sheets: from 300 metres. Single-face corrugated (2-ply) is sold in rolls from 40 kg.

These figures refer to single-side Flexo printing. Offset printing and two-side printing have different minimums and are quoted case by case. If you need a smaller quantity, send us the job details and our sales team will review it. Printed boxes in runs of 100 to 300 pieces are available through our Groove brand.

Yes. Our packaging specialists design the box structure and die-line from your actual product dimensions at no charge, including dividers and cushioning parts, and make a physical sample for you to test-pack before production. Print artwork design, for customers who do not have a ready artwork file, is a paid service. The fee is quoted with your quotation and credited against your first production order.

Both are production tools made specifically for your design. You pay for them once when the design is finalised, and repeat orders of the same design carry no tooling charge.

• Printing Block A polymer plate made from your artwork, used to print your logo, graphics and text on the box. Each print colour needs one block.
• Die-Cut Plate A plywood board fitted with cutting and creasing rules that stamps the sheet into the required shape, such as boxes with handles, windows or special forms.

Tooling costs are quoted case by case according to size and complexity and are shown on your quotation. We store your tooling for as long as you keep ordering, and repair or remake it free of charge if it is damaged by our machinery. Tooling with no repeat order for 1 year is removed from storage under our ISO 9001 procedure; orders placed after that are charged for new tooling at cost.
