The process has six steps, from your first inquiry to delivery.

1. Share your requirements Box type, size, quantity per order, the product the box will carry, printing and the delivery address. Our team will call you within 1–3 business days to confirm the details.
2. Quotation We recommend a suitable specification and send a quotation within 3–5 business days of receiving complete information.
3. Structural design and sample box For new structures, we prepare the die-line and a sample box for test-packing before you order, free of charge.
4. Order confirmation You confirm the quotation, pay the deposit and approve the Print Master, the document that fixes the die-line, print positions and every specification, before production begins. We confirm the delivery date within 24 hours of receiving your order.
5. Production New orders that require printing plates or a cutting die take 10–14 business days. Repeat orders with existing tooling take 7–10 business days from Print Master approval and payment.
6. Delivery and inspection We deliver on the confirmed date, and you inspect the goods on receipt.

With these eight details, we can quote in a single round. If some are not yet available, send what you have and our team will help with the rest.

1. Box type For example, slotted (RSC), overlap, telescope, die-cut, pads or partitions. If you are unsure, send a photo or a sample box.
2. Box size Width x length x height, stating whether the dimensions are internal or external. If the box size has not been decided, share the product dimensions and we will calculate it.
3. Quantity Quantity per order and your monthly order plan, if available.
4. Product, shipping and storage The product, whether it ships domestically or for export, and how many layers will be stacked. This determines the ply, flute, paper grade and grammage.
5. Paper grade and grammage If known. Otherwise, send us the box you use now for analysis.
6. Printing Unprinted or printed, the number of colors and sides, and whether you have an .AI or .PDF file.
7. Company details Company name and the email address for the quotation.
8. Delivery location So that we can estimate freight.

New orders that require printing plates or a cutting die take 10–14 business days. Repeat orders with existing tooling take 7–10 business days, counted from Print Master approval and deposit payment. Urgent orders can be completed in 3–7 business days, subject to confirmation by our production team before the order is accepted. Complex structures that require design and sampling take 14–21 business days.

The minimum depends on the type of order.

• Unprinted slotted boxes: 300 pieces
• Flexo-printed slotted boxes and custom die-cut boxes: 500 pieces
• Large export packaging sets and components: 100 sets
• 3-ply and 5-ply corrugated sheets: from 300 meters. 2-ply corrugated is sold in rolls from 40 kg.

These minimums are based on one-side Flexo printing. Offset printing and two-side printing have different minimums and are quoted case by case. For smaller quantities, send us the details and our sales team will review them. Printed boxes in runs of 100–300 pieces are available through our Groove brand.

Yes. Our Technical Service team designs the box structure and die-line from the actual dimensions of your product, including partitions and cushioning components, free of charge, and produces a sample box for test-packing before production. Print artwork design, for customers without production-ready artwork, is a paid service. The fee is stated on the quotation and can be credited against your first production order.

Both are production tools made specifically for your design. You pay for them once, when the design is finalized, and repeat orders of the same design carry no tooling charge.

• Printing plate A polymer plate made from your artwork, used to print your logo, graphics and text on the box. Each print color requires one plate.
• Cutting die A plywood board fitted with cutting and creasing rules that cuts the sheet to the required shape, such as boxes with handles, windows or special forms.

Tooling costs are assessed case by case according to size and complexity and are stated on your quotation. We store your tooling for as long as you continue to order, and repair or replace it free of charge if it is damaged by our machines. Tooling with no repeat order for one year is removed from storage under our ISO 9001 procedure, and later orders are charged for new tooling at cost.
