Three Formats of Corrugated Sheet
Choose any grade and flute the factory produces, and mix different grades for the outer and inner liners. Minimum order is 300 meters, with a minimum total width of 36 inches (920 mm). Sheets are made under an ISO 9001 quality system at our Bang Pakong factory in Chachoengsao, and FSC paper is available with the claim stated on your documents.

Die-Cut Sheets
Sheets passed through a cutting die to get a specific shape, with holes, slots or scored fold lines to your drawing, then delivered flat as usual. Used when a rectangle will not do, such as sheets with cut-outs that match the product shape or sheets with ventilation holes.

2-Ply Sheets and Rolls
A 2-ply sheet has flutes on one side bonded to a single liner, so it is light, flexible and bends easily around delicate surfaces or curved shapes. It is used to wrap products and as outer cushioning in many types of work.

This group uses corrugated sheets directly in production, storage and shipping without forming them into boxes. Three things to agree on before opening an order: the actual size used, the quantity per production run, and the thickness the job needs.
- Cut to the size you actually use Specify any width and length you need, with no standard sizes to choose from, so sheets fit your pallets, shelves or containers. Jobs that need cut-outs or holes can be ordered as die-cut sheets in the same order.
- Minimum order from 300 meters Minimum total width is 36 inches (920 mm). Only 2-ply rolls are sold by weight, with a 40 kg minimum. Purchasing teams can plan order cycles ahead from monthly usage.

Most Common Sheet Applications
Pallet pads and top sheets
Placed on the pallet before loading and over the top layer, protecting against moisture, dust and dirt during shipping and storage. Ordered to the size of the pallet deck you use. Common sizes match a standard pallet deck or extend slightly beyond it to cover overhanging goods.
Pallet layer sheets
Placed between layers of stacked goods on a pallet to spread weight evenly, reduce rubbing between products and make the load more stable when moved. Sized to the pallet deck as well.
Slip sheets
High-density sheets that replace wooden pallets under the goods. They are much lighter, need no ISPM-15 fumigation for export, and are recyclable, meeting the environmental requirements of overseas customers.
Floor and surface protection on site
Laid on floors during installation, interior fit-out or construction work to prevent scratches and paint drips. They withstand foot traffic through the day and are easy to clear away when the job is done. 2-ply sheets are popular here because they can be rolled out continuously to fit the area.
Warehouse separators and scratch protection
Placed between products stacked on shelves or in bins, keeping surfaces from scuffing as items are picked and moved. Usage is steady every month, so these are often ordered regularly together with pallet pads.
Die-cut sheets to your drawing
Sheets punched to shape and scored with fold lines, delivered flat. What you use them for is up to you. The factory produces to the drawing you provide.

- Size Cut to the size you actually use. Give width by length in centimeters or inches. For extra-large sizes, our team checks with production before confirming price and delivery date.
- Rolls (2-ply) Standard width 48 inches.
- Delivery Nationwide delivery. Freight is estimated by destination and quantity and stated on the quotation, or you can collect from our Bang Pakong factory.
- Quotation 3 to 5 business days after we receive complete requirements. We need the size, quantity, required grade and flute or the intended application, and the date you need the goods.

Board is charged by area at the same rate for both. The difference is that die-cut sheets add a cutting die cost, paid once when the design is first made. The cost depends on the size and complexity of the shape, so our team prices each design and states it on the quotation. Repeat orders of the same design reuse the same cutting die with no further charge.
They are ready to use indoors and for normal shipping. For continuous exposure to moisture, such as cold rooms or outdoor storage, tell us about the actual environment. For sheets, the most direct solution is to move to a grade with better moisture resistance, and our team will compare the options before you decide.
