Every grade and flute we produce is available, and the outer and inner liners can be different grades. The minimum order is 300 meters with a minimum total width of 36 inches (920 mm). Sheets are manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality system at our plant in Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao, and FSC paper is available with the claim stated on your order documents.

2-ply sheets and rolls
A 2-ply sheet has a fluted layer bonded to a single liner, making it lightweight and flexible enough to wrap delicate surfaces and curved shapes. It is used for product wrapping and external cushioning in a wide range of applications.

Common applications for corrugated sheets
Pallet pads and top sheets
Placed on the pallet before loading and over the top layer to protect goods from moisture, dust and dirt during shipping and storage. Ordered to the size of your pallet deck, typically matching a standard deck or extending slightly beyond it to cover overhanging goods.
Pallet layer sheets
Placed between layers of stacked goods to distribute weight evenly, reduce friction between products and stabilize the load during handling. Also sized to the pallet deck.
Slip sheets
High-density sheets used in place of wooden pallets. They are considerably lighter, require no ISPM-15 fumigation for export, and are recyclable, helping meet the environmental requirements of overseas customers.
Floor and surface protection
Laid on floors during installation, fit-out or construction work to prevent scratches and paint damage. They withstand foot traffic throughout the day and are easy to remove when the work is complete. 2-ply rolls are popular for this use, as they can be rolled out continuously to cover the area.
Warehouse separators and scratch protection
Placed between products stacked on shelves or in bins to prevent surface damage during picking and handling. As usage is steady, these are often ordered regularly together with pallet pads.

- Size Cut to the size you use. Specify width by length in centimeters or inches. For extra-large sizes, our team confirms with production before quoting the price and delivery date.
- Rolls (2-ply) Standard width 48 inches.
- Delivery Nationwide. Freight is calculated by destination and quantity and stated on the quotation, or orders can be collected from our Bang Pakong plant.
- Quotation Within 3–5 business days of receiving complete requirements: size, quantity, grade and flute or intended application, and required delivery date.
