Line Leader (Production Shift Supervisor)
Job Description
Full-time, 2 positions · Supervise the production line and shift team
Qualifications
- Any gender, age 25 or older
- At least 1 year of production experience in an industrial factory
- Team lead or supervisor experience is an advantage
- Corrugated box or packaging industry experience is an advantage
- Able to work shifts and overtime as needed
- Works well under pressure and keen to learn new production processes
Responsibilities
- Run daily production and manpower against plan, joining daily coordination meetings
- Manage materials, machines, and equipment for best efficiency and prepare each run
- Check production paperwork, work orders, and material issue against plan
- Supervise line staff, resolve production problems, and analyse root causes
- Keep production records accurate to ISO requirements
- Control waste, cost, quality, and required standards
- Oversee first-line machine care and coordinate repairs with maintenance
- Evaluate and develop team members, including OJT coaching
- Supervise day-to-day operations and safety
